Territory Sales / Small Business - Through contextual inquiry, observations and ride alongs with territory sakes representatives I was able to draw insights and illustrate for executives the unmet needs and a future possibilities buy signing the tools and processes with the tasks, context and behaviors. The presentation served as a findings and conversation catalyst to future possible solutions and future scenarios of how business can be conducted in the future. It generated enough further analysis for mobility needs across small business territory salesforce .
