My clients had invested close to42K in renovations & updates and deserved a higher selling price.First, the Sellers supplied me with a list of improvements and associated costs that I highlighted on their "private" presale video of the property. Upon viewing, they were inspired to complete certain projects prior to listing such as power washing the deck, organizing the large shed, painting the small detached shed and certain interior walls/trim, decluttering and moving items to a rented storage unit.
