WATER STREET RESTAURANT IDENTITY REDESIGN
Water Street Restaurant is located in D.U.M.B.O and is extremely close to the Brooklyn Bridge. I wanted to make sure that the bridge was somehow incorporated into their identity since they had featured it in their previous logo, and also had a room of the restaurant dedicated to the engineer of the Brooklyn Bridge, John Roebling. I did this by creating custom typography that was based off of several examples of engineers' handwriting, and by incorporating mechanical diagrams.
