THE TANGLE
Microsoft's new Server & Tools system could take the load off IT managers 
and their teams, liberating them from day-to-day troubleshooting. 
The ask was to make this message interesting. 


THE TACT
Predicting a lessened workload once they got the new S&T system installed, we knew 
IT people would get a lot more free time to unwind. But we didn't want jealous colleagues to catch them unawares - doing more interesting things with their time. 
It's why our DM came with a stick-on computer rearview mirror, so they could watch their backsA simple call to action directed them to a website for more information.


THE DRAW
Over 10% of the recipients registered online. On subsequent visits by the Microsoft sales team to offices in the region, the rear-view mirror was spotted on many a monitor.
