This particular poster was made as a vote campaign for the University of the Nebraska at Kearney. Annually a campaign goes up across the campus encouraging students to vote. College students are the lowest rank among voters in the USA with a rate of only 17%. This piece is clearly shock value, unfortunately though, it got torn down from half of the buildings it was displayed in. I guess it was getting attention.
