I chose round bottles to echo the shape of the coconut the product is harvested from. The bottles are flat on two sides to reduce their footprint for shipping and retail space. I also wanted to do away with the tetra pak that is currently used by Vita Coco because it is not recyclable, while the plastic I chose is highly recyclable. Read Less
