A couple of years back when I started taking interest in designer toys I always saw them photographed in various books and magazines against a, mostly, white background. Similar to product pictures. But I think there is so much more to a vinyl toy than it being a mere product. This is why I try to photograph my toys in unusual settings. I choose mostly nature shots because it allows a lot of creative freedom. Any root, tree stump, fallen acorn, leaf or moss patch can be become a great setting to the toys to come to life.
The toys in this album are Dunnys from Kidrobot. Dunnys have become my largest collection to date and I will be updating this project as I will get more shots with them.
Any feedback is, as always, welcome.
