Portfolio Project
This project started out as a simple model created to accompany a tutorial I wrote about creating seamless textures and materials for Thea Render. The model proved popular and after seeing lots of really good renders I decided that I should create some of my own for my portfolio.
The house design (Villa PM) is by the Sicilian studio Architrend Architecture. My basic model (I added a lot of detail for these renders) can be downloaded from the Google 3D Warehouse.
I did most of the modelling using Sketchup and the vegetation is courtesy of Xfrog and CGAxis. All the renders were created using Thea Render and post production was done using Photoshop.
