Villa 8A® is designed as a product, which is adaptable to the specific wishes of the client, comparable to buying a new car. The dimensions and the interior of the house, the design and the material of the facade can be composed by the client and adjusted to the location and orientation. This is possible because a simple and fast to build building system is developed. Furthermore it is possible to design the complete garden.
Building system
The construction of the house is build up by steel columns and concrete floors. The layout of the house is therefore completely free and can be composed by the client. The construction can be composed in dimensions and adjusted to the location. When the construction stands, the house will be closed by a curtain wall, of which the layout can be adapted to the future layout of the floor plans. The amount and positions of the glass can be composed freely. The house then will be provided with a final facade, which is like a skin around the curtain wall. This facade can be designed based on the specific wishes of the client and can be build up from a variety of materials. After 12 weeks the house can be finished and delivered, excluding the layout, stairs and interior, which then be done after. As a final stage the garden can be designed and constructed as part of the house.
