Point of Sale Customer Engagement

The owner of about 250 Verizon A Wireless Authorized Retailers all across the Eastern Seaboard was looking for a charitable organization to build a company promotion around. This was the second live implementation to test the validity of the BGCA cause brand.
Working with the Account Director, we developed a simple round up at the register campaign integrated into the retailer's POS system along with employee engagement points to drive excitement. We produced counter cards below that invited customers to participate at the register.
- We took advantage of the opportunity to reward early adopters with a little extra content. After all, these were potential donors with a spare moment on their hands. Those who scanned the QR code were directed to the following PSA, which had been produced previously.
- We also developed some supporting materials to educate and engage the Verizon A Wireless employees. I developed the following poster to track donation progress by store in the break room and reminder card with a suggested script for the big "ask" to go by the register. We also provided the store employees with buttons to show their participation. The Verizon A Wireless owner planned to reward the store with the highest participation with some sort of perk.
