    The launch and publishing of a Wall Street investor magazine.
  • During a prototypical napkin-scribbling meeting at Starbucks in the summer of 2003. David Willson was contracted to help establish the publishing division of ValueRich, Inc. in West Palm Beach, Florida, and launch ValueRich magazine.

    The nationally distributed Wall Street financial magazine introduced small-cap and micro-cap public companies to a readership of company executives, investment bankers, fund managers and investors.

    After producing the first two issues from his studio, David joined the company as Editor-in-chief of the publication and also served as corporate brand marketing creative director.

  • ValueRich magazine also had a section profiling small- and micro-cap public companies that were looking for investors, partners or other resources
  • ValueRich magazine also featured bespoke products, adventure travel and other unique lifestyle content to an affluent readership of passionate and energetic of entrepreneurs and investors.

  • n.Motion was a special section that featured exciting and luxurious cars, boats and aircraft.
  • x.Peditions was a special section featuring unique and adventurous travel opportunities.
  • n.Spiration was a special section devoted to the arts, often featuring a new book, music, film or exhibit.
  • a.Taste was a recurring feature for the epicurean reader.
  • ValueRich magazine lifestyle content offered an opportunity for cross promotional editorial with sponsors of the ValueRich Small-cap Financial Expo events held in major cities several times a year.
  • ValueRich magazine ceased print publication at the end of the calendar year in 2007, at which time David Willson left the company. He operates a design and illustration studio in Jupiter, Florida. He is also an editorial cartoonist and columnist for the Palm Beach Daily News, in Palm Beach, Florida.
