VADESTRA STRATEGY
”Snask did a fantastic job supporting the brand posititiong of our strategy consulting firm, Vadestra Strategy. The heart of the work that Snask delivered was around our book project Towards Full Potential. The contribution from Snask was marked with innovative, rule breaking thinking while being sensitive to the distinct needs and requirements of Vadestra as the client.”

Ambition
Strategic management consultancy Vadestra, advisors to CEOs and board members, have made it their mission to give advice and hands-on support to CEOs in their pursue of building world class companies. In 2011 they interviewed 117 CEOs in privately owned companies about value creation. The case study resulted in 7 golden lessons that they wanted to position their brand around. Vadestra asked Snask to package the result of the study to give it the deserved reach and impact.

Action
Snask started by asking ”How can we create a branding product, an astonishing door-opener, that will position Vadestra’s brand as top-notch, credible and reliable?” Our journey ended in packaging the study as a high-end book in a golden box with a golden cover. It´s not rocket science, but golden lessons needs golden design. Snask has been in charge of book and editorial design as well as concept development and art direction. To add a bit of extra flavour we´ve also worked together with the super talented illustrator Gustaf Öhrnell.

Impact
Vadestra now has close to 1,000 books, vessels of their collected knowledge, to reach new and old customers alike. All 117 CEOs in the case study is rewarded with a meeting in which Vadestra shares their results from the study. The book has been greatly appreciated by all recipients so far and Vadestra acknowledges it will help them building a great brand going forward.
