Urban Decay, the beauty brand with an edge wanted our help to create an eye-catching display to re-launch their ‘last all day’ primer foundation whilst also a concept to improving their shelving.
As any retailer understands, theft proves a challenging problem. Our state of the art draw-system design that we installed for Urban Decay tackled this problem extremely effectively. The tester would be shown at the front of the display with the price and colour range but any product that a customer wanted to purchase was safely contained in a draw behind the tester product. Therefore all products were accessible for any consumer to buy yet tricky for any thief to pinch.
Effectively displaying the entirety of the repackaged range of priming products, whilst maintaining brand focus and message, was a challenge. It was achieved via a blacklit display of clear acrylic ledges allowing the consumer to make an informed choice using prominent testers and clearly segmented products.
The rejuvenated brand was successfully installed in nineteen Debenhams and House of Fraser stores throughout the United Kingdom. The new storage system proved a tremendous success to the business.
