I had this amazing desk fan where the speed knob was on the front. None of that fiddling around the back to try and change the speed, the knob was right there in the front. Sadly, the best part of the fan, the front knob, is also what destroyed it. The fan fell off my desk and landed knob down. All the front slats broke, but the motor and blade survived.

I loved the fan so much, I decided to take its parts and bring it back to life using my furniture design skills.
