The following work was created for the United States Army pitch. Our mission was clear. We needed to create a new platform for the US Army to boost Army recruitment among qualified Millennials .
Insight: In a world where this generation of Millenials will change careers 7-12 times; Qualified teens understand recruiters are, in a sense, salesmen and do not want to rely on them for unbiasedinfo/advice.
Idea: Galvanize our most valuable asset, the army network of soldiers, families and veterans, to influence, mentor and connect millennials to a strong start; their first career.
Social Platform: Corps. Connections - A location-based social network of army champions.
Launching on 11-11-11, the golden anniversary of veterans day, we would revolutionize
the way we recruit the army of the future.
The revolution begins with activating a network of trusted veterans with tools and content that will mentor prospects and forms a vibrant yet transparent recruitment ecosystem for the US Army.
