This torch is designed for holding like an umbrella to light up the space in front of you. Unlike conventional torches the direction and spread of light would help when you want to see everything in close proximity, Indoors or confined and busy envionments. The torch has three settings off and folded within, on  with LEDs popping out or fully extended with the lights flipped over.
