This family home was designed to create private outdoor spaces whilst maximizing the bedroom views to the ocean. The plan incorporates two primary axis which create dramatic focal points.

The timber fence along the road edge maintains privacy whilst expressing the full length of the site.

The angled wall of the first floor bedrooms opens the views up simultaneously creating privacy from the neighbours. The outdoor entertainment spaces face north to take advantage of natural sunlight.
