    Chosen Poems/Wiersze Wybrane
  • Typograficzna interpretacja twórczości Tytusa Czyżewskiego. Zgodnie z teorią Czyżeskiego mówiącą o oderwaniu słowa od kontekstu i logiki („O odlogicznieniu poezji”), z orginalnych wierszy autora wyjęte zostały pojedyncze słowa tworzące nowe zdania. Nadrukowane w postaci tabeli na foliach mogą być dowolnie ze sobą zestawiane, nawzajem się uzupełniając i tworząc nowe wiersze.

The book is a typographicinterpretation of poems of polish Futurist poet Tytus Czyżewski. Czyżewski, inspired by italian artistic movement, created his own theories of poetry, one of which praised independence of a single word loosing it's references to original context and logics .
The book consist of collection of Czyżewski's poems and transparent foils. Each of them relates to one of the poems containing a sentence created from single words taken out of it. Following Czyżewski's manner of writing stream of consciousness poems, the sentences on foils can be assembled randomly adding up to a completely new and often absurd or startling poems. At every odd page of the book there is a table foils can be fitted in and read along with the original poem. Last page of the book shows collection of words and expressions created as a result of assembling all foils together. The book provides with endless opportunity to play with Czyżewski's writings and tries to follow futuristic ideals of poetry.
