For the competition about expressing India through typography, I wanted to create a poster that captures the many aspects of India.

When I heard the theme, "Mera Bharat Mahan!" (My India is Great), I realized there was so much to say about India. We have 28 states, many languages, religions, festivals, and a rich history.

I got the idea for the poster during a trek. I saw a colorful design on the back of a truck that passed by, and it made me think of how I could use this for the poster.

In India, we love bright colors, which you can see in our clothes and festivals. We also love films, and they are a big part of our lives. That's why there are temples dedicated to film stars in India.

Our family values and traditions are very important, which I represented with the phrase "Maa ki dua" (Mother's Blessings). We express ourselves like Indian film stars, and we believe in God, as shown by including Lord Ganesha.

India's diversity is incredible, and I tried to capture it in my design. Each element in the poster, from "Mera Bharat Mahan" to traditional Indian art forms, represents our history, culture, and the different aspects of our country.
