The letters were made by taking each anchor point of the letter and using thread to find the shortest most efficient path based on my equation. I started by experimenting with shapes and forms and eventually worked my way to an entire font. 

 

The experiment was not designed to create a readable font, but was based on efficiency and the length of thread. Some letters are hard to depict but all have a sense of order and natural beauty.
