D&AD Student Awards Pentagram Brief 2012
For the Pentagram brief for the D&AD awards this year, I had to create 3 typographic supplements for the Typographic Circle magazine. Each book/supplement had to be based on a designer(s) that had connections to the circle. I picked Anthony Burrill, Hat Trick and Morag Mysercough. I wanted to make each booklet something the reader would want to keep and collect, I therefore did them in the style of classic literature books. I used letterpress on the bookcloth.
