    Short explanation
Every book talks to you whether you are sighted or visually impaired. As
long as you read the book, you begin to live in a world that the book makes
you imagine. And every disability disappears when the world of the book
starts to come alive. You can be the neighbor or the closest friend of a fiction
    character.
'The Phone Library' is a gratuitous service which developed for the visually
impaired users of Turkish Telekom. In this film, a visually impaired man
listens to Crime and Punishment on the telephone and the action in the story
    seem to happen around him.
