  • This is a Tool box that I have been developed. It will be located below the truck chassis, this is why it needs to support extreme conditions like water, sun, heat, and weight. 
    The project is in a Prototype stage now.

    Dimensions: 1030 mm lenght, 554 mm tall, 600 mm width.
    Weight (empty): 22 kg.
    Material: HDPE (High density polyethylene)
    Wall thickness: 5 mm
    Manufacturing process: Rotomolding. 
    Maximum load capacity: 200 kg.

    CAD program: Solidworks 2010
    Fatigue analysis: Simulation (Cosmos)
