Triple E Developments is a new name, formally known as Pine Ridge Properties, based out of Winkler, Canada. They're a well known land developer, building a multitude of communities and condominium developments in Winkler, Morden and the surrounding area. I had the priveledge of rebranding the company, as well as coming up with a design and user experience for their customers, home builders and contractors alike. There is a unique experience depending on whether you're on a mobile, desktop or tablet device.
With their identity, I drafted a few concepts on paper on previous elements - things like trees, grass, fields. Their team has a very modern approach to their developed communities, so I lead more to a modern logo concept playing on the use of white space. Taking into consideration that this new logo will be printed on everything from jackets to trucks, I wanted something vibrant and sharp. Green grass, homes, and their name.
Their website is built on HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery and features things like a 360 virtual tour, carousels, responsive background images, sticky and waypoint navigation.
