Trident Redesign

  • The objective here was to redesign a product using information gathered from consumer surveys. Before I started the survey, I predicted that people who purchased gum did so mostly on impulse. The results from my research were accurate to my predictions. Consumers identified the gum by colors of the packaging relating to the flavors and were not concerned with brand name. Most people stuck to the same kind out of habit. So with that information in mind, the redesign of Trident Splash was made more simplistic and easily identifiable to a wide audience.
