The brief was to explore a subject of choice through in depth research and create a 4000 word document that detailed this. We then had to move on to create a practical outcome that demonstrated our research.
Therefore I set upon the task of designing my first Cyrillic typeface, however not before deciding upon the positioning for it. I needed an avenue in which enabled me to project Russia as a forward moving country, without neglecting its rich heritage, and therefore;
