    In my own experience, I have found sadness to be a tranquil headspace. It's like sadness is, sometimes, the body's way of balancing out the negative effects of stress. Sadness is not a good thing; however, when experiencing it in response to stress, it can be like a gentle embrace and the temptation to stay there forever is great. The potential for introspection and positive growth is massive although difficult to see to. It is almost like an un-moment; there's something beautiful about that.
