This project is aboutthe preservation of the declining cultures of traditional Chinese food. Nowadays,people do not adopt these preservation practices because they are not aware ofthe critical stage that traditional Chinese food is facing. Inaddition, they might know the names of the traditional food but they might not understandthe history behind them. We are to design a well-articulated communicative presentation using a step by step understanding of my research process into process chart.
