Designing banknotes was a project on the university. The aim of my concept was to use special materials which are hard to counterfeit like semi-transparent plastic cards, metal foils, spot colors and special printing methods like embossing, punching, inlay etc. I wanted to combine the modern surfaces with the traditional Hungarian ornaments creating a fusion with past and present.
