The Yeshiva University Museum hired Pure+Applied to create "Letters of Conscience". An exhibit of the lifelong work of Raphael Lemkin, who invented the word "genocide" in order to better defeat that to which it refers the world over. I designed and developed a touchscreen application for "Letters of Conscience" – working with Pure+Applied, the entire project was specced, designed, developed and deployed in two weeks. Constructed for indefinite installation and possibly travel, the system integrates a custom-built 40-inch surface with a Mac Mini, an Adobe Flex application, an embedded database, and many ancillary support tools. Patrons can explore complex nuances of international genocide treaty considerations using intuitive gestures. Read Less
