    Cooking is avery visual operation and yet cooking books rely more on words than images so Ichallenged myself to design instructions for a complex recipe where images didmost of the talking.

    I have chosen amidcentury-naïf style because it is often associated with culinary aspirationstoday. The 50’s style Smeg fridges – popular despite their high price andtechnologic obsolescence – are a proof of that.
