User Experience Consulting + Wireframes - Mid-2011 I was commissioned to redesign the shopping cart experience of TopDiamondUSA.com, as well as provide general consulting for the entire websites UX. With changes implemented, focus groups and analytics showed increased user retention due to lower user drop-off during checkout.
