Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens, one of London's most fashionable young chefs, owns this eco-friendly fish restaurant called Tom's Place. The venue is located in the trendy Chelsea neighbourhood and spreads over two floors, with a 30-cover dining room on the first floor and a takeaway section on the ground floor.

The Interiors feature eco-friendly and contemporary materials, including recycled takeaway packaging and cutlery. Within a 55-minute documentary playing on plasma screens throughout the restaurant, Aikens explains the process of sourcing suppliers .
