This light is a simple design which hopes to remind our old experience within the nature world. Living in modern cities with advanced technologies our initial sense of the natural environment is degenerated, but out desire of peacefulness within nature is becoming stronger and stronger.

We often forget the time when reading deeply, but it would be harmful to our body. The design is inspired from the experience of reading a nice book under a big tree, which you can know the time pass by sensing the changes of daylight. With the "time" light, user can slide the main light of it up and down to decide the usage time. During the usage, the main light of the current lamp will fall down slowly just like the sunset, informing user to have a rest by putting up finally.

One of the design highlight is the time set-up process. It's a very natural interaction which is different from the normal product which you need to press buttons or input number. With the "time" light, after press the power button, a main light will appear in the bottom of the light, then user only need to slide the main light up and down to input the usage time. It gives a user a kind of experiential and initial human-product interaction.
