"Lawrence, Paul and the narrator are sitting in a bar in New York. However as the eye reads from left to right, the viewer will notice that there is debris and an entire wall torn apart, eventually leading to the Oklahoma bombing itself. I illustrated it in such a way where the bar is synergized into the side of the building. I played with the idea of the morning light creeping into the bar (the idea that they looked out the window), but eventually reveals to be the ruined, bombed building itself. It also emphasizes the duality of these characters isolated and day dreaming in their own minds."
