To get internal brand value we create a single system, for the Transneft sport days, that is oriented to the involvement of staff in the brand we have managed through a single color palette, character, and pass-through of slogans, which reflects the national idea, in the sports and corporate aesthetics.
- During this hot month we were working on small and hopeful project of design the unified system of visual identification for Transneft sports days. The key issue of this experiment was to find the cross-cutting character, which contains the design philosophy and cues for all the information features in the context of that event.
Designers were inspired to create a positive style that used to be successfully combined with the interiors of any sports grounds ( it used to be feed to any spaces, where performed) and sports days carried a key brand values. Thus, the traditional logo of Transneft is the basis for the new symbol development. Due to the key aim of this sportive event is the internal brand engagement core values of the company tend to be coherent with the system of slogans. Accentual point was created by an eclectic colors of elements in the character pattern.
- In addition, the staff loyalty played a key role for us. That is why, we worked on the actual way that would not only patriotic, but also great driver to feel the part of the team for every employee of the company.
Actually, organizing and participation in an event that brings together all of the company Transneft is prestigious for each employee. The each guest of the event took with him the memory box, or any other attribute with the symbols of sports and athletics Transneft.
