Surface Design
and other things that repeat late at night
and other things that repeat late at night
Sometimes when I can't sleep at night, I imagine my images on tangible surfaces . . . wrapping paper and hotel walls, towels and holiday plates. I see the same floaty images over and over again: bunnies, lemons, chandeliers (oooh, I LOVE chandeliers), dogs, and shoes.
I love wrapping presents. In fact, I pretty much love anything that puts me into the great state of anticipation. The images below make me smile because somehow I am allowed to see that "in-between space" (the space between drifting and sleeping) come to life.
