The objective of this project was to create a typographic cover solution off the computer from a made-up book title. I was given the title, “They Call Me,” and from this title, I created a story and then find the best way to represent that story through photography. My book center around a mysterious person, who was forgotten in his city, and therefore my design needed to support this ghostly quality. I created my type from shadows, and lit the scene darkly so to enforce this idea of the protagonist existing as a shadow in the night.
