The brief was to create a poster design to acompany the XX on their next tour, this poster design would be tailored to a specific date or place.

My initial idea was to use my photography and distort them within the iconic 'X'.

DEVELOPING THE IDEA -
However I didnt believe this idea reflected them as a band and the music they produced. I then took each of the instruments and equipment they use in a single gig and formed them into the shape of the iconic 'X'.
