- Unlike many news sites' apps, I wanted my concept for The Verge to offer a lot more interaction than a simple RSS reader.
The "following" pane allows you to follow tags or categories, so you get the news you want without all the other clutter.
You can listen to podcasts from right within the app; swiping from the left bezel pulls up a menu that lets you jump to what you want to see in a review or podcast.
