In Hong Kong, everyday life flows in the narrow hallways between buildings, under flyovers, and whenever there is empty space available.
Here is where, in an expression of tolerance, the city’s old fabric is still able to manifest and create diversity.
I see this space as an element of anarchy, adding texture and incredible vibrancy to the cityscape. The space in between buildings, blurs the public and private boundaries, and like a gate to another dimension, transports the metropolis into another time.
