The Rib: an Inspired Personal Tote
Eliminate the Bulge...
Look down at your pants. If you are like most guys, you probably have bulges from stuffing your cell phone, wallet, keys, pen, USB, earbuds, etc. into the tiny pockets of your tailor fit jeans.
I had this problem. My girlfriend made fun of me for it. I started asking my other female friends and they all notice this about guys. One even told me, “yeah, either you got the ape in the jungle look with all of your stuff in your pockets or you are clutching a bag under your arm.”
So we had to design The Rib:
1 - Designed to accommodate our natural form and daily motions. The Rib's unique design wraps cleanly and comfortably around the torso. The pockets are designed for convenient access to our most essential tools: wallet, phone, keys, and anything else you keep in your pockets.
2 - Get rid of the bulgy messes in our pockets. Let's face it, the bulges on top of our thighs are unattractive, it's just that we had no better options before. Now we do.
3 - Remove the need for a backpack or fanny pack. Grow out of the student look but stay far from the fanny pack.

I have actually had the idea of the Rib for a long time. With Kickstarter I found a platform and community to share with and bring the Rib to life. Next time I am walking in this pulsing city and have an idea, I will pull my sketchbook and pen out from my Rib! No more backpacks...or fanny packs!
