Brief
Design an identity showing charm and apply it to a marketing campaign for a property development exclusively located on the Shotley Marina Edge, Suffolk.

Solution
Based on the location a simple colour palette in red, white and blue adds nautical glamour. Aspirational words such as ‘Desire’ and ‘Adventure’ are used to heighten excitement, interest and intrigue.

Identity, brochure, local dining guide,
boat bumper and branded chocolates.
