To celebrate the Real Deal Magazine’s 100th issue, Squat Design wanted to do something special. The
Real Deal Magazine is full of interesting articles about all aspects of commercial and residential real
estate and since they launched, most of the top headlines have had something to do with New York
City. In commemoration of The Real Deal Magazine’ milestone and the role New York City played in its
making, Squat Design created the issue cover by building a papercraft of the New York City landscape,
