The RSA Short Film Competition
The RSA (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) is an enlightenment organization committed to finding innovative practical solutions to today’s social challenges.
During 2011 the RSA in conjunction with the Nominate Trust had been running a short film competition in which they required the interpretation of a lecturer recorded and provided by them.
As my first self-directed project during my second year at University I have created a video that reflected the technical knowledge and the ability to use them with a purpose. I have implemented 2D and 3D graphics together with live green-screen footage and compose them in an attempt to communicate the audio content.
My video subject was the connection between the technological evolution and the development of social networks.
