The Producers/Pillagers is a book based on an article written by Ellen Lupton. As I read the article, I realized I did not agree with a lot of what was said, and subsequently allowed this to guide the book I made. I put scratch off material over some of Ellen's words and overprinted it with my commentary. My concept was that in order to read Ellen's text, you would have to "go through me."
