Consumer Insight
College students and young couples. They are usually too busy to cook healthy food and choose junk food. This type of consumer seek ease, innovation, identity, taste, beauty, fun and interaction.
This eletric cooker is shaped like a sphere, has a touch screen menu and an innovative opening.
The form provides uniform cooking, improving performance without heat loss. The pattern on the surface changes colour with the temperature.

Estudantes universitários e jovens casais. Normalmente eles são muito ocupados para cozinhar comida saudável e escolhem a não saudável. Esse tipo de consumidor procura facilidade, inovação, identidade, sabor, beleza, diversão e interação.
Esta panela elétrica possui forma de uma esfera, um menu touch screen e uma abertura inovadora. A forma garante um cozimento uniforme, melhorando a performance sem perda de calor. O padrão de cores na superfície muda confirme a temperatura.

Esta panela elétrica possui forma de uma esfera, um menu touch screen e uma abertura inovadora. A forma garante um cozimento uniforme, melhorando a performance sem perda de calor. O padrão de cores na superfície muda confirme a temperatura.

Virtual Chef
The 'Virtual Chef' program controls the cooker to cook at the right temperature and time according to the chosen mode by the user on the touch screen. It is intuitive and interactive.
Modes:
Self Control: the user controls the temperature and time or choose a recipe by ingredient.
Mood: the user chooses the mood he/she is on: comfort, fun, romantic,sociable, spirited, bold (random recipe), impatient (express and easy), sweet toothed (desserts) or land spired (asian, french, greek, italian or mexican).
Occasion: special recipes for Birthday, Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Party time, Thanksgiving or Valentine's day.
The menu shows the ingredients and then the 'step by step recipe'. As the user reads and do what is asked, the screens changes.
The screen can be pulled off from the cooker, staying at 45º to allow better reading.

O programa Virtual Chef controla a panela elétrica para cozinhar na temperatura certa e tempo conforme a receita escolhida pelo usuário na tela. É interativa e intuitiva.
Modos:
Controle próprio: o usuário controla a tempetura e tempo ou escolhe a receita por ingrediente.
Estado de espírito: o usuário escolhe a receita conforme o humor: conforto, diversão, romântico, sociável, animado, corajoso (receita aleatória), impaciente (rápida e fácil), doce (sobremesas) e inspirada em outros países ( asiática, francesa, grega, italiana ou mexicana).
Ocasião: receitas especiais para Aniversário, Natal, Páscoa, Halloween, Festas, Ação de graças ou Dia dos Namorados.
O menu mostra os ingredientes e o" passo a passo "da receita. Conforme o usuário lê e faz o que é pedido, a tela muda.
A tela pode ser puxada da panela, ficando em 45º para permitir melhor leitura.

Color change surface
Each mode from the Virtual Chef has a colour palette that covers the cooker surface and responds to the heat level of the cooker. The colours translate mood, emotions and behaviour . For example, the colour scheme for the comfort mode (green, blue) will be different from the romantic mode (black, purple, pink).
The next image is the ‘Spirited ’Mode: the analog colour palette is warm, spicy and vibrant, which increases enthusiasm and interest from the user.With this phenomenon, the user creates an emotional connection with the cooker, specially caused by two senses immediately: visual and touch .

Cada modo do Virtual Chef possui uma paleta de cores que cobre a superficie da panela e responde ao nível de calor desta. As cores transmitem humor, emoções e comportamento. Por examplo, o esquema de cores do modo conforto (verde, azul) será diferente do modo romântico (preto, roxo, pink)
A próxima imagem é o modo Animado: a paleta de cores análogas é quente, picante e vibrante, a qual aumenta o entusiamo e interessa do usuário. Com este fenomeno, o suário cria uma conexão emocional com a panela, especialmente causada por dois sentidos de imediato: visual e tato.

Tempered glass lid with magnetic sealing edge, as well the handlers. Innovative opening allows the hot air passage and the user doesn't need to open and close the lid at every ingredient added.

Tampa de vidro temperado com fechamento magnético, assim como os pegadores. A abertura inovadora permite a passagem de ar quente e o usuário não precisa abrir e fechar a tampa a cada ingrediente adicionado.
