Believe it or not, this whole fake parking ticket business began and ended in less than 48 hours. It was triggered by an official government notice we read in the local paper: people caught eating while driving will be fined. The amount was inconsequential compared to speeding tickets or illegal parking fines, but to a few creatives hanging out in the office after office-hours, any cause was worthy of our creativity).
