This contraption was an idea from Oklahoma State University's Engineering department. It was inspired by third world countries that find it hard to get instant medical attention. My version of their real world creation depicts a cycling doctor that has instant access to several medical aiding appendages. It was published in STATE magazine and is owned by the Henry Bellmon Science Research Center at OSU.
