Ocho Rios, Saint Ann Parish, Jamaica
Site design and placemaking where details make a difference.
  • Client: John and Denise Bailey
Role: Master Planning and Site Design, Construction and Investment Advisory
    Anticipated Completion: late 2013

Introducing Canoe Cove, the making of a luxury villa. The property is located along Jamaica’s North Coast in the town of Ocho Rios. At completion, the property will consist of a six suite open-air villa along with a long list of amenities. The site provides direct access to the Caribbean Sea with a beach for swimming, kayaking, jet skiing, sailing and snorkeling. The area is surrounded by coral reef, making the water crystal clear with hues of blue and turquoise in all directions. Canoe Cove is envisioned to provide secured gated access, sea's edge junior olympic sized pool, jacuzzi, numerous outdoor living spaces with expansive views of the sea, outdoor dining and beach bar, private cabanas for relaxing, entertaining, and private massage, fruit tree groves, gym, tennis, game and recreational lawns, formal and vegetable gardens, and living space for on-site staff.
